Planning approved for up to seven dwellings Bubwith, Howden

Great start to the week for Richard Roberts as we have achieved a consent for up to seven dwellings in Bubwith, near Howden.

Charlotte Nicholson, Manager, commented: “I've had the privilege of working on this application with our landowner since starting at the business. As part of an allocation at risk of being deallocated in the new Local Plan, I'm thrilled to be able to achieve a consent for the landowners.”

The scheme will provide up to seven dwellings with 25% affordable on the site.
