6 → PUBLIC CONSULTATION

7 → REVIEW FEEDBACK, UPDATE PLAN AND STRATEGY

8 → SUBMIT PLANNING APPLICATION

9 → DECISION ISSUED – IF PLANNING REFUSED WE WILL ASSESS AND SUBMIT AN APPEAL AT OPTIMUM TIME

10 → IF APPROVED, SELL SITE THROUGH OUR IN-HOUSE SALES TEAM AND NETWORK OF SPECIALIST AGENTS


PROMOTION AGREEMENT

● Preparation of Promotion Agreement by your solicitor (we pay their fee) and a promotion fee paid to you immediately which you can keep.

● Headed by a dedicated Richard Roberts Project Manager, the team includes town planners, architects, surveyors, architects, engineers, specialist consultants and solicitors.


PREPARATION OF SITE REPORTS AND SURVEYS

● Including landscape visual impact assessment, sustainability, ground investigations, access and drainage.


PROMOTION PROCESS

● The landowner is informed throughout

● Planning application submitted and - where necessary - a planning appeal

● Local and national planning policy review

● Agree and implement planning strategy
